Are you worried about your alcohol consumption? Take our alcohol dependency test to find out whether your alcohol habit may have turned into an addiction and/or may cause your body harm. The alcohol test will take roughly 3-5 minutes to complete, which contains 10 simple questions to answer.

The questions inside the test refer to your alcohol consumption within the previous year. Each answer given can be selected from a series of predefined values. Taking just 3 minutes out of your day could potentially identify whether or not your alcohol intake is becoming harmful, as well as providing you with the knowledge of whether you need to act now.

Alcohol Test Scores

If you’re interested as to how this alcohol test is scored, a score of 8 or more is considered to be an indicator that alcohol consumption may be harmful to you – this is highlighted as, “At Risk” inside the table below. A score of 0-7 whilst answering the questions is considered to be, “Low Risk”. The test overall is based out of a potential score of 40. Our alcohol dependency has been adapted from the World Health Organisation (WHO), whom also highlight these scores slightly vary from men to women.

8-197-19Indicates a strong possibility of alcohol consumption. Monitoring your behavior is recommended and if applicable, please see a specialist.
20+20+Alcohol dependence is most likely imminent. Please refer to an alcohol expert near you.
